MARIO PINTO ALMEIDA
Born on 6th February 1949.
Answered Exam de Admissiao held by the Portuguese Government in the year 1959 with the guidance of Advocate Agostinho Vasconcelos and Ninfa Vasconcelos who were running a Portuguese Private School at Assolna.
1960 Joined an English Medium School St Anthonys High School at Assolna.
1967 Completed his SSC Examination.
1967 Joined as a typist with Advocate Jose Bosco Vasconcelos then practicing with Office at Quepem and thereafter continued to be his typist till the year 1975 at his Office at Margao.
1968 Joined Srimati Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science at Margao.
1972 Completed the Degree in Law through Karnataka University.
1972 Joined Raja Lakhamgouda College of Law at Belgaum.
1975 Completed the Degree in Law through Karnataka University.
1.09.1975 - Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra Subsequently to become Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
1.09.1975 Upto 1981 joined as an advocate in the Chambers of Advocate Jose Bosco Vasconcelos.
1.09.1975 Upto date practiced mainly Civil Law, Labour Law, Enviromental Laws and conducted criminal trials only relating to the charge sheet on student, Traditional Workers and Industrial Workers. Has also during a short period been a Member of conciliation Board within District of South Goa. Has persistently been taking up issues of Human Rights Violations.

CLEOFATO ALMEIDA COUTINHO
Born on 25th September 1960
Passed SSC Examination of Goa SSC and HSSC Board through Regina Martyrum High School Assolna in 1976 and joined the S.P.Chowgule College of Arts and Science and graduated in Science stream in 1981.
Was actively involved in the student movement.
Obtained LL.B Degree of Bombay University in 1985 and was enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the same year and joined the chambers of Advocate Jose Bosco Vasconcelos in the year 1986.
Obtained the LL.M Degree through the Pune University in 1989 and joined the GR Kare College of Law as lecture (part time) where he
teaches constitutional Law since 1989 till date (except Dec.1991 to Dec.1992).
Functioned as Civil Judge and Judical Magistrate First Class at Ponda and Panjim in Dec.1991 to Dec.1992.
Has been practicing in various courts in Goa basically on the Civil cases from 1986 till date (except Dec.1991 to Dec.1992).
Was the President of South Goa Advocates Association in 2004 to 2006.
Has been appointed on the panel of Lok Adalat at the District Court Margao and has been appointed as a member of the Goa State Legal Services Authority.
Was a member of the Board of studies faculty of Law Goa University (2007-2008).
Has been a regular contributor to newspaper, magazines and periodicals on legal and constitutional issues.
